If it is Spacemen 3 that are being described as having a left wing stance, I think they may have misinterpreted ‘Revolution’.
An astonishing gig. 34 years ago now, they were on stools and the songs melded into each other with no chance to clap. I saw a key taped down which added to the intensity. Struggled to find a reference to one of the best gigs ever because Morecambe was misspelled. Amazing.
