Presumably an attempt to reshedule the cancelled gig from 27 May, this one suffers the same fate. Spacemen 3 are advertised at first, then disappear from the lineup (although the NME for that week still thinks they are playing).
This would have been around the time when the band were recording Playing With Fire in Cornwall. Combined with them still not having a permanent drummer, I expect it was too difficult to get this gig to come off.
