A couple of press reviews that I have just discovered I have photocopies of. The first is from the Melody Maker, and I think it is about the gig on 28 March 1988 at Dingwalls. I’m not entirely sure, since I don’t know who else was on the bill for that gig, but there is a bit more to go on for the other Dingwalls gigs that year which would seem to rule them out. UPDATE – it’s from Sounds, not Melody Maker, and it was published in the 9 April 1988 edition, so it will be about the gig I suggested.
The other review, from Sounds, is about the 6 March 1989 Hacienda gig.
