Live reviews – Dingwalls 28/3/88, Hacienda 6/3/89
A couple of press reviews that I have just discovered I have photocopies of. The first is from the Melody Maker, and I think it is about the gig on 28 March 1988 at Dingwalls. I’m not entirely sure, since I don’t know who else was on the bill for that gig, but there is …

Saturday treat – Zig-Zag, January 1986
Nice treat to have delivered today – the January 1986 issue of Zig-Zag, which includes the first piece of press about Spacemen 3, a brief interview with the band by The Jazz Butcher, Pat Fish. I’ll have it scanned and transcribed for the site soon.

I only recently noticed that they ran another Spacemen 3 article in their December 2014 issue. Considering that over ten years had passed since the first one, it was about time to remind …

The site is back
I used to have a Spacemen 3 site at this address which I launched back in the late 90s. Then around 2013, something odd happened – I started to get mountains of rejected emails, all of which were obvious spam that claimed to have been sent by me in the first place. I assumed that …
